Who we are, what we do, and why
Development studios are creating increasingly long and tedious gameplay loops that have made it necessary for people to spend hours of their day on their devices to make progress. That's not healthy, so we started developing tools that could help people continue in their games, while maintaining a proper life balance, instead of being consumed by predatory game design. We develop from a player's perspective. We don't just create our scripts—we use them too.
We know that nobody likes keysystems, monetization, or malicious scripts. All of our products are entirely free to use, and are not locked behind advertisements. Given that the modern scripting scene has been plagued with aggressive monetization and data-logging, we aim to provide a haven from those shady tactics. Our hearts value privacy, security, and accessibility for everyone, so we do not condone stealing items, logging information, or forcing users to pay for products and services that should be free.
We are constantly evolving, and are never behind on game updates; our releases are extensively tested and all updates are driven by feedback from our real users.
| 2020 | SmoxHub was founded, with support for Legends of Speed. |
| 2021 | SmoxHub began expanding to support more games, with One Fruit and Chaos being added to the list. |
| 2022 | We created scripts for Arsenal, Victory Race and Race Clickers, and our users topped the leaderboards in the latter two games. |
| 2023 | SmoxHub renamed to Nexus, and development for Murder Mystery 2 was started. |
| 2024 | Murder Mystery 2 development finished. Shortly after, Nexus renamed to Vertex, and scripts for Welcome to Bloxburg, Bubble Gum Simulator Infinity, and Baddies were released. |
| 2025 | Vertex development started specializing, and unpopular products were cut—by the end, all games except Murder Mystery 2 and Baddies became discontinued. |
| 2026 | The Milk Script for Grow a Garden was created, and was merged into Vertex to create Smoking Scripts. Support for Arsenal returns, and new features for Hypershot and Project Lazarus are introduced to Vertex. |
Although we create scripts at our own time and expense, monetary support is not expected; using our platform is enough to earn our gratitude. We are not in economic crisis, and our products will always remain free, even if we were financially struggling. However, if you wish to display your thanks in return, donating is always an option.
